I love My C1's !!

This is my 3rd season hunting with the C1 Carbon Fiber climbing sticks from Timber Ninja. I can't say enough good things about my C1's. I've traditionally been climbing stand hunter, but now in my early 50's I was looking for a way to get lighter and more mobile. These C1 sticks were the answer. My run n' gun set up is sub 11-pounds now, and I can get into any tree that I want now, due to the versatility that the sticks allow.
Setup and take down is fast and easy. Much more so than I ever thought it would be. The C1 sticks are quiet too. I recommend the retractable aiders as they'll allow greater spacing. I would say with 3 sticks and aiders, I am close to 13-feet from the ground to the platform of my stand, which is just fine, especially when the leaves are still on the trees.
Hope this helps anyone on the fence about making this purchase. Timber Ninja was hit hard after Hurricane Helene, but these guys will be back soon. Timber Ninja is a great company run by a bunch of great guys! Local guys here in Southern Appalachia, just like me.

more of a ? then a review.

305lb fat boy wanting to get into saddle hunting. but I feel like it's a skinny man sport kind of like paddle boarding lol. everything is built with a tolerance if these sticks are rated at 300 and can't hold me @ 305 well then, I'd say we got bigger issues then my stomach?

Wobbling steps

Love everything about these sticks, besides the fact I’m 160lbs and when I step on the steps they wobble and lean to the side my foot is on, idk if that’s how they were intended to be designed but the first time it happened it almost shat my pants.

Great product, even better company!

The short and sweet is these sticks were designed and built by guys that know the importance of good, reliable, and functional gear. Attention to detail is obvious. The retractable aiders are there when you need them, and out of the way when you don't. Quiet, light, and tough. I ordered these sticks the 1st year they were available, and never looked back or elsewhere. 100% recommend!!!
