3rd Party & Ecommerce Reseller Policy

1. Purpose

This policy establishes the standards and requirements for third-party sellers of Timber Ninja Outdoors products in ecommerce channels. As the manufacturer of premium mobile hunting gear — including saddle hunting systems, climbing sticks, and hunting vests/packs — we are committed to protecting the integrity of our products, brand, and the experience of every hunter who trusts our gear in the field.

 

 

2. Authorized Reseller Requirement

Only Authorized Resellers may market and sell Timber Ninja Outdoors products. Unauthorized resellers are strictly prohibited from representing, advertising, or selling our products, whether online or offline.

To become authorized, resellers must:

  • Be approved in writing by Timber Ninja Outdoors

  • Sign and comply with our Reseller Agreement

  • Adhere to all policies outlined herein

 

 

3. Ecommerce Sales Channels

Timber Ninja Outdoors permits ecommerce sales only under the following conditions:

A. Reseller-Owned Websites

  • Permitted only if pre-approved by Timber Ninja Outdoors

  • Website must clearly identify the business and not impersonate or misrepresent affiliation with Timber Ninja Outdoors

  • Product listings must include accurate descriptions, approved imagery, and current branding

B. 3rd Party Marketplaces (Amazon, eBay, Walmart, etc.)

  • Strictly prohibited unless the reseller is approved as a Preferred Ecommerce Seller

  • Unauthorized listings on these platforms will be reported for takedown

  • Resellers must not use Fulfilled by Amazon (FBA) or similar fulfillment programs without prior written approval

C. Prohibited Activities

  • Creating duplicate or misleading product listings

  • Selling internationally without prior written approval

  • Drop-shipping from unauthorized sources

  • Listing products on unapproved platforms or storefronts

 

 

4. MAP Policy (Minimum Advertised Pricing)

All resellers must adhere to Timber Ninja Outdoors' Minimum Advertised Pricing (MAP) Policy. This includes:

  • No advertising or promotion of prices below the stated MAP for any product

  • No use of discount codes, coupons, or cart-level discounts that result in a price below MAP

  • No price manipulation tactics (e.g., "click for price," bundling arrangements that circumvent MAP)

  • MAP applies to all channels — websites, marketplaces, social media, and paid advertising

Violation of the MAP policy will result in corrective action, up to and including permanent revocation of reseller status.

5. Product Handling and Quality Control

To protect the integrity of Timber Ninja Outdoors products:

  • Only new, unused, and unopened products may be sold

  • Products must be stored in appropriate conditions to prevent damage

  • Repackaging, relabeling, or any modification of products or packaging is strictly prohibited

  • Original packaging, tags, and identifying markings must remain intact

 

 

6. Brand Representation

Timber Ninja Outdoors' intellectual property — including logos, product photography, trademarks, and brand slogans — may only be used with explicit written permission.

  • "Timber Ninja Outdoors," "Timber Ninja," or related marks may not be used in domain names, social media handles, or paid search campaigns without approval

  • All marketing materials must reflect current Timber Ninja Outdoors branding and messaging guidelines

  • Misrepresentation of affiliation (e.g., "official partner," "exclusive dealer," or "authorized distributor") without written authorization is prohibited

 

 

7. Monitoring & Enforcement

Timber Ninja Outdoors actively monitors online marketplaces, search engines, and distribution networks for policy violations. Enforcement actions may include:

  • Immediate takedown requests to marketplace platforms

  • Termination of reseller privileges

  • Marketplace IP complaints (Amazon Brand Registry, eBay VERO, etc.)

  • Legal action for MAP violations, IP infringement, or unauthorized sales

 

 

8. Becoming a Preferred Ecommerce Reseller

To apply for Preferred Ecommerce Reseller status (Amazon, eBay, etc.), contact:

  • A history of compliance with manufacturer policies

  • Ecommerce professionalism and operational capability

  • Commitment to upholding Timber Ninja Outdoors' customer service and brand standards

 

 

9. Policy Changes

Timber Ninja Outdoors reserves the right to modify this policy at any time. All current and prospective resellers are responsible for ensuring they are in compliance with the most current version of this policy.
