Returns and refunds

To request a return or refund, contact sales@timberninjaoutdoors.com and include your order number and the reason for your request.

Happy Ass Guarantee

The Black Belt Ultimate Saddle and Black Belt Duel Saddle are covered by our 90-day comfort guarantee for the original purchaser. The 90-day period begins on the delivery date.

Field use is allowed. If the saddle is not the most comfortable saddle you have used, contact us within 90 days of delivery to request a return for a refund. The saddle and all included components must be returned.

The customer is responsible for return shipping unless the product is defective or Timber Ninja made an order or fulfillment error.
