Bulletproof Lifetime Warranty: Climbing Sticks and Platforms

Every Timber Ninja climbing stick and platform is warrantied against defects in materials and workmanship for the life of the product. That includes MK, Kunai, and C2 purchases made at any time.

5-Year Saddle Warranty

Timber Ninja saddles are warrantied against defects in materials and workmanship for five years from the date of purchase.

Terms

• Warranties apply to the original purchaser only. Proof of purchase from timberninjaoutdoors.com or an authorized dealer is required.
• If a claim is valid, Timber Ninja will repair or replace the product at our discretion.
• Straps are not covered. Wear parts, such as spike covers, and saddle ropes, such as bridges and tethers, are covered for one year from the date of purchase.
• These warranties do not cover normal wear and tear, or damage from misuse, improper setup, modification, negligence, or accidents. They also don't cover damage from leaving gear installed outdoors year-round.
• When a warranty period ends, Timber Ninja's obligation for that product ends.

Filing a Claim

If you find a defect, stop using the product. Then email info@timberninjaoutdoors.com with your order number or proof of purchase, photos of the product, and a short description of the issue. We may ask you to send the product back for inspection.
