The MK just feels different than any other post platform. It truly is rock solid. I find it way easier to setup. I have had and used 4 different post platforms over the years and this is by far the easiest to setup as well as best feeling. I run mine at a slight angle and on a traditional platform you typically have to grab the tether to pull yourself up to stand. I do not have to do that with this platform.
I will say be aware, when folded the platform is bigger than what it list. In fairness, I contacted customer service before ordering and they They were great to give me the dimensions folded up. This will still easly fit into my pack.

Super cool with the rubber covers over the very sharp spikes.
Ony thing to make it better would have got under the 2lb. mark. Just kidding.
